Award winning, cloud based test result analysis solution, called WATS is gaining market share in Finland. WATS provides a real time view for your production yield and volume.

The key figures from all factories and production lines can be easily monitored as a graphical representation in your web browser. The information can be shared in real time and in a controlled manner to those who need it. WATS will instantly help you to identify the bottlenecks and possible issues in your production and improve your yield.

WATS can be integrated to any test system or measurement device by installing a software client that manages the data connection to the WATS server. The integration is even easier when the test system is based on TestStand or LabVIEW. WATS integrates directly to these. The system is immediately in use after you have registered your WATS account. “I’m impressed how quickly the commissioning can be done. WATS is easy to setup and the integration to several different testers has been easy”, explains Tero Leppänen, director of the production testing unit at Espotel. “There is no up-front investment and the pricing of the cloud based service is attractive.” he continues.

WATS is already in use at Aidon, Chiller, Metso Flow Control, Oxford Instruments and Suunto and  several other Espotel’s customers are currently piloting it.
